– 4 Eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ⅓ cup pumpkin purée (not filling)
– 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
– 1 tsp cinnamon powder
– 3 tbsp light brown sugar
Cooked Fall Spiced Apples

– ¼ cup unsalted butter
– ¼ cup light brown sugar

– 1 tsp pumpkin spice powder
– Pinch of salt
Directions:

1) Slice your bread and set aside.

3) Peel, core, and slice apples. Add butter to a saucepan. Once the butter starts to bubble, add the apples and the rest of your ingredients for the cooked apples. Cook on medium heat until the apples are tender but still have a bite to them (approx 10 minutes), and liquid has thickened into a syrup. Set aside.

4) Coat a pan with butter on medium heat. Coat your brioche cubes or slices and add them to your pan. Cooked until golden brown on each side.
